this is my thing. Why isn’t ai making ideal matches of jobs and canidates instead of both sides saying ai is making it worse. AI appears to be a technology for active enshitification. Don’t get me wrong its interesting but I don’t see any proof its done anything of substance that is useful (well the llms not the algorithm traditional ai that never got the hyper buzz)
