I think ZorinOS is the only distro polished enough to actually work for someone who’s coming from a proprietary OS out of the box. They’re the only distro I donated to. I moved to Arch, but I think ZorinOS is the perfect distro to recommend to people trying out Linux and I’m frustrated people never mention it. I installed it on my dad’s gf’s laptop which had Vista still to save it and it now works completely fine.
