I have, I bought it all the way back when it still was bittorent sync. I’ve had some quite terrible glitches that required completely resetting it a couple times but I think they’ve figured things out now.
Also, just run the old docker, it’s compatible. Note you may want to double check if it’s secure tho

You can get 12V power dividers that plug into a 120 watt laptop adapter, if you keep your energy requirements down it saves quite a bit of space, noise and cost

They do effectively the same, but most software is build with docker in mind. podman should work but be prepared for some frustration using it.
docker nor podman fix your firewall or port for you by the way
