Fedora kind of went to shit for me and I always struggled with drivers until a few years later I did a big distro evaluation and decided to move to Ubuntu where I still am today.

My last job I had to use a Mac. Gave myself carpel tunnel or RSI or something using that mouse. I’ve been off of it for five years now, it feels a lot better but still hurts a bit now and then. Never had a problem for decades before that.
Or you set a flag that says something like “incomplete image” and then only once user completes whatever operation by hitting “submit” do you then set it to complete.
