Yeah, it was Lion and even before then it was something like $35 to upgrade which was less than the cost to upgrade Windows at the time.

According to Ars Technica this processor draws 50W to get those performance numbers. The entire Steam Deck doesn’t even use that much power.

It’s still needed for some things. I tried to install a Universal Blue based distro with Ventoy and kept getting errors, once I flashed a drive it installed perfectly normally. It’s definitely an edge case though.

This looks amazing. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Delicious Library for a long time and this looks like exactly what I’ve been looking for.
