Was it maybe supposed to be chainmail?
They sometimes use (or at least used to) knittings like this as chainmail stand-ins during stunts or for background extras. LoTR is full of it
Coder’s Ark

USB or Bluetooth?
There’s already systemd in the title
We found the chosen one!
Now it’s just running on battery

Pain and suffering
{ "ok": "no" }
GitHub is where you store your code, but it’s not where it’s actually run
That’s basically me
Starter on xubuntu, used arch for a couple years, got fed up by the system babysitting, now back again on (x|k)ubuntu
It got a lot better in the last 5-10 years
But having functional audio in all applications was quite an archivement before that
I could try to learn awk while also trying to debug the annoying problem I’m trying to solve, orrr… cut and grep it is
and perl, if you want it less readable
But it’s webscale
People need to learn that it’s ok to say systemd on the Internet and stop self censoring

It’s a perfectly valid way to explain it, though
If you try to show up with “cryptography” as an explanation, people will think of encrypting messages, not proof of work
“Cryptocurrency with the currency” really is the perfect single sentence explanation

I suspect they are doing a lot of A/B testing at the moment
Burned out it guys who finally signed their resignation papers
Keep up with the class, man
