Isn’t the latest version of gtk gtk4?
Isn’t the latest version of gtk gtk4?
I’ve used it several times since it was launched and it’s always the saving that is a bit awkward. It is a great tool though. I’m using obsidian now purely for it’s simplicity
That’s interesting because of that list I’d only consider tray icons, the rest I would turn off
Can I ask what extensions you are using in gnome?
Are there any downsides to this? Why isn’t it default if it is so drastically better?
I used pidgin all the time about 10 years ago for MSN. Has it changed?
But it’s the official Collabora repo?
I haven’t used it but looks like Collabora does it. You can add their report to f-droid: https://www.collaboraoffice.com/releases-en/collabora-office-on-mobiles-supporting-password-protected-documents-and-available-on-f-droid/
It’s okay, I’ll hold you at any angle x
Depends how complicated your site is. If it is a static site, you might just be able to buy a nice template (or find a free one) and host it yourself
In my experience nextcloud was unbearably slow on a Raspi 3b. I’d recommend a an intel j4125 based micro computer, I got mine second hand for about £80 and it’s many times faster than the Raspi.
I don’t think anybody here is going to shame them. Electronics break, that is life. Without knowing the brand and model there really is no way for us to help you.
Basically just looks like a flowcharting app? What about draw.io? It’s not that extensive but it’s pretty good and free.
Like Songkick? Haven’t heard of any self hosted thing like it
No idea, just saw them being posted on lemmy and sounded interesting
To be honest I’m not interested in the file sharing side of nextcloud as I use Syncthing, I’m more interested in the utilities (eg notes, kanban) and the office capabilities. I want to replace gsuite
I use Syncthing for my files, I don’t need a Web ui so it’s great and handles huge directories easily.
Yes I have 8gb of ram, but it seems insane that it needs that much considering what it is doing.
I’m not using a Pi, I’m using a j4125 based mini computer, which has made a big difference but the performance just still is not good enough.
That sounds very frustrating!
