I was going through some stuff and installing Arch from scratch was the only way I could feel anything at all.
Every now and then I see that laptop and think "I should keep going and install those power management scripts ". Then I think “nah”.

Is there a version of this but for real?
Puppy’s awesome. I’ve used it on a laptop so old I had to install a bootloader in the MBR so it would boot from USB. It ran like a dream.

Then we should appreciate them. Is it fair to call them neckbeards when they toil away at the code coalface for our benefit?
I still think that’s a legitimate troubleshooting strategy. 😆
Me. Minecraft worked just as well under either OS.
