Great for LLM’s though. If someone invents a tldr utility that feeds man pages into a wood chipper LLM that can spit out examples for my exact usage then I will get down on all fours and blow that LLM until it spews out hot white gasoline all down my face and throat and someone tells me to run but I just look at them steadily, holding the LLM’s shaft in one hand tightly whilst flicking open a lighter with another, and then grin

  • the bluetooth pipewire pulseaudio mix could be a bit better.

It’s gotten to the point that my bluetooth headphones will not connect to my laptop because I don’t currently have any media playing.

Load up a youtube video, the audio device springs into life, offers it up as pulseaudio source, who signals to bluez that there is a valid audio profile and suddenly everything connects.

From an efficiency standpoint, yes I get it. From a UX standpoint… please just let my earphones connect when I enable bluetooth from the get go

In an ideal world, yes. In a locked down world where you have access only to 1/4 the codebase or your job is more ontology-focused, all you have access to might be the JSON. Leaving a comment or two about why a particular value or hierarchy is as it is is sometimes more clear than writing up a seperate README that no one will read
