I have a GSA flashed with non-google firmware that has eight cores and 156GB RAM… it’s not set up yet, but I’ve got all my drives I need. It’s going to be a like 7TB local UNRAID server someday.
My Pi5 won’t even support my backlit mechanical keyboard lawl
Damn! My 3 and 4b are running headless, but my 5 has the GUI and runs high rez full screen videos perfectly on YouTube or streaming from my server. I would love to see how my 4b would play videos, but it’s headless and I don’t wanna mess with it. My 4b is running on an SSD as well (I think that’s unnecessary but I found a cool case)
My Pi5 plays 1440p60 YT in Firefox with zero issue, from a high-performance SD card. The OS is sluggish, as another poster had mentioned. It could use an SSD.
I have a Pi5 hooked up to my living room TV and it does indeed play 1440p60 with zero issue. The OS is a bit laggy getting into the video, though. I want a case like I have for my Pi4, a case that allows for a built-in SSD.
I have exactly one person and they loved it.
blahaj, neatly in a sleeping bag, zipped up to their… chinjaw?
I lied while RMAing a video card… kinda.
I spoke with an incredibly nice Indian fellow, and he asked me to try some troubleshooting. I had done all of it before, so I… pretended. But I told him all of the things I experienced when I did those steps (and lied further by giving ample time to pretend to do things.)
He RMA’d it just fine in the end and it works five years later. But I did feel bad about lying. I just didn’t want to take my whole working setup and do the troubleshooting steps again D:
You get a lot of shit MSI, but you did me goodly.
Reminds me of a scam call center person telling Kitboga “your IP address is tied to your house address. You don’t get a new one unless you move houses”
Nahhhh I’ll just use fully separate things. BitWarden works great
Even if it’s a separate thing there a data link SOMEWHERE that says Rai-at-work also buys a lotta shit from Bad Dragon
Yeah, but not Lastpass. And I wouldn’t use the same password manager’s account for work AND home. I use BitWarden at home. My work switched to 1pass after Lastpass was breached.
My org got Lastpass, and they’re like “you can use it on your home computer too!”
Yeah absolutely not doing that.
Then the data breach happened. Very happy I didn’t do that!
I agree with that dude’s takes but he rubs me the wrong way.
I can’t find a way to download it :c
It points to Tucows, which brings me to the Internet Archive, which doesn’t seem to have a download.
That can absolutely qualify as a poem.
Thank you very much! I’ll look into snagging a domain and setting up like, Bluehost or Proton. I use Proton’s free tier now, but it looks like it’s about 3x as much for their good E-mail plan compared to Bluehost.
Windows 3.1 and 3.11 were amazing. Windows 95 was fine. Windows 98 was much better. Windows ME would make the most sense in this tag’s context, but it’s not a number so 95 is the next best option.
