My apologies, that repo most definitely used to have what you are looking for. I tried out LSD dream emulator off of their awhile back and they also used to have N64 Roms. I should’ve checked.

This repo should have what you need if you are having trouble finding them.
Get a null tattoo on your forehead if you are really about that life.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can’t wait to try buttstuff in a safe environment later.
I imagine that most people think Windows is easier because the majority of people grew up using Windows machines in schools, workplaces, etc. I think it could have to do with the sense of familiarity there.
The other problem I think people have with Linux is that the fact that different distros confuses them. Most average people are afraid of the command line, and really want a GUI for everything. Many of these people’s first exposure to Linux could scare them away depending on the distro they happened to choose, I think.
I have recently been using BloatyNosy at my IT job when setting up new Windows 11 PCs.
It’s a lightweight little Windows 11 debloater. It’s just a simple UI with checkboxes to modify and run a powershell script. Just in case anyone is looking for a FOSS alternative. The link that you posted looks similar, but it doesn’t appear to be open source.
I’m sorry I misunderstood what you were saying. After playing with it, you are right you can only put the taskbar on the main display or all displays. That is kind of dumb.
The only way to do it is to make your second monitor the main display. Go to settings -> system -> display -> click monitor that you want taskbar on -> click multiple displays dropdown menu -> check make this my main display.
Go to settings -> personalization -> taskbar. There are many different options for the display of the taskbar on multiple monitor setups.
Edit: I misunderstood and windows is dumb. You can only have the taskbar on your main display or all displays. You can make your second monitor the main display to have your taskbar appear there.
When I learned that the creator of GIF pronounces it as JIF my world was turned upside down.
