The 7800xt is fairly smaller than the 6800xt. The 7800xt is a 60CU gpu(ontop of being on a smaller fab), while the 6800xt is a 72CU gpu. (346mm^2 vs 520mm^2 )
Its part of the reason why AMD wanted to sit on stock, as they want the 6800xt on the market to deplete before the 7800xt rolled in.
Unrelated to linux, but theres a reason why there are a lot of IT in Ukraine and Russia. They are also two of the major countries in the piracy cracking scene, and it sort of shows when you look up an arbitrary game, and look at their prices for the two countries (Ukraine and Russia consisitently are some of the lowest, if not lowest priced games for games with regional pricing on pc)
outside of the more neutral/negative features people mentioned, some of the major additions is better windows snap management (presets for organizing windows on a screen, and adjusting window sizes), and tabbed folders. It’s also meant to be used for windows subsystem for android for android app usage, but you can technically do that with windows 10 with some workarounds.
There are opt in bots in deveopment that allows individual servers to be indexed for search engine visibility
Outside of the better gpu, the one advantage the other devices have is emulation. Steamdeck sits on the edge of performance for some of the harder to emulate devices heavy titles (PS3, Switch). The ones using Ryzen 3/4 would trivially handle emulation better than the Steamdecks CPU, which uses Ryzen 1+ (part of the reason why its low cost)
